Update your webpage, the process to get approved doesn't take 7-10 days but rather 7-10 weeks. Great for those who have to work and no other option than putting their kid into daycare. Is it really that hard to review and approve an application? It is not even that much paperwork... Everytime I call, the reps are snoppy and unfriendly and tell me the same wrong thing over and over again :(

We really appreciate the financial support that comes after months of painful enrollment process. I know both providers and families that have given up. Families opt to pay full price even though they are eligible just because the process is so complicated.

I have soo many issues with this program. As a person who is majoring in Early Childhood Education and has worked at childcare centers before, I have STANDARDS. As for Child Care Aware and the military standards, it is extremely UNFAIR for a parent to choose a childcare center or family daycare home that is nationally 'accredited' & let me tell you that being nationally accredited does NOT conclude in a high quality program. Very rude and unprofessional. They talk down to you like you are garbage. All my years in the military I have never felt so disrespected.
