I am a active duty service member and I’ve been waiting for almost two months for my application to be approved. My children have been in care for over 6 weeks and I’m struggling to make payments. When I got ahold of a customer service member they said they were heavily backlogged and understaffed.
You have a staff member named Patricia that is part of a Facebook hate group that makes false calls to CPS “CPS has been notified”... a site with vile hate and promoting violence to injured children
Wait time is to long almost going on 3 months and the status I get is that my applications is still under review and we will back date once approved we’ll only 90days with Well when will that be because I am behind with paying my daycare because I cannot afford to pay the full fee this is a burden to my family and I wish the processing time is easier like what somebody say once it ever gets approve it will be to recertify to wait a long time again !
Their wait time is ridiculous. I’m currently still on hold. I’ve been on hold for an hour and a half. I left a message days ago. Nothing. Worst service I’ve ever seen.

The level of service has declined tremendously. We have been waiting over 8 weeks for our certificates. The DoD needs to find somebody else. I have called every week the last 4 weeks for a 7-10 day process. This organization adds more stress to families not assist. Why can't they process things in a timely manner? How can I go out and do my job in the field or when I deploy if I do not know that my kids care will be paid for? Thank you for the lack of assistance. I have gotten the run around about my application and its quite frustrating. This is a slap in the face to our military. I keep submitting my paperwork only to be told it needs to be submitted again. I've literally submitted this 3 times and was contacted today that I need to submit again. ITS ALL UPLOADED ONLINE, HOW DO YOU LOSE THAT?! I am EXTREMELY frustrated by the cluster that is this program.
