The program itself is an amazing benefit for military families. The customer service is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced. You will spend 30 minutes on hold before you get to speak to someone if you call them. They don’t respond to emails. And they are late making payments all the time. It’s extremely frustrating. Good luck to anyone dealing with this poorly ran program.
Horrible to get sombody on the phone. Jesus!!!
No wonder nothing gets done here. This was at noon at their Arlington office, the address they provide in their email signatures. Completely empty and locked.
