Child Care AwareOrganization, As nice as this seems to you all who are working and receiving paychecks, one may want to consider the costs to others who are not receiving money. Maybe your focus should be aimed at supporting your audience with more practical support. Childcare owners who have not received funding to pay our workers who need money to eat and live. Finding PPE for workers things which are very difficult to find in order to open our doors again. Maybe you should have gone to bat for the childcare workers to sec... read more

What I don’t understand is the process that this company puts us through if you are within 15 miles of a military installation. It makes no sense to wait until your child is OFF of the installation waiting list in order to step in and help. The point is to help if childcare isn’t available at your local installation (which is isn’t hence my children are on the wait list) But to wait until childcare is offered and bailable to step in makes no sense, meanwhile I have to suck up the cost of a civilian provider. They need to fix... read more
They aren’t really communicative about anything. They lie and tell you it will take about 8-10 business. I’m starting to think no one really works there at all.
Less than 6 month processing time would be a perfect area to improve upon. The incompetence is alarming.

I love the idea of this program but I’ve been waiting forever for our application to be approved. It’s very stressful to have to pay full tuition out of pocket for this long with no reason as to why the application has not been approved yet. I have called and receive the same answer. I just wish I was able to reach my case worker directly. If you’re gonna use this program make sure you have the funds and time to wait.
This place is terrible at communicating with families. It's a black box. No information about how they arrive at their calculations, how they assess eligibility etc. etc. They expect you to wait an hour on hold each time you call. It's November and we're waiting on a payment for September. That's apparently normal.
