Horrible to get sombody on the phone. Jesus!!!
No wonder nothing gets done here. This was at noon at their Arlington office, the address they provide in their email signatures. Completely empty and locked.
The communication from this Government funded program is terrible they now have the AI response as a call back but claim they're slow due to the volume of incoming calls. I have been #1 in line since the 32:58 Mark this is completely unacceptable. At 1 hour I was moved to #4 in Line Military Child Care needs to cancel their contract or outsource their customer service or create a text based customer service desk as an option. I got a human voice on the line at 1hr and 21mins. I honestly give them a F minus. Zero Stars.
