Arrived as scheduled. Completed work sooner than anticipated. ****** and ****** were knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Very happy from initial quote to completion of installation of new heating system. I will continue to use them for my air conditioning and heating systems.
I called to have my flooded gas hot water heater repaired. the service tech came as scheduled and I received an e-mail introducing the tech.The tech and I went to the hot water heater, I told him it was a faulty flammable vapor sensor (FVS), because it had happened before. He said that it was electrical and he would not touch it because he could get electrocuted. ***** has the worst customer **********************. We sign up for their maintenance membership and scheduled an A/C service. They came out Jun 21 to service our A/C. We had them check a possible leak in a drain line. They came back and said there was a separated pipe and they glued it back together, this was a pipe line that they had installed back in October. Punctuality, Responsiveness, follow through. In my short time with *********************, I would not recommend due to poor communication and failure to show up to appointments. Multiple attempts were made to reschedule at which point they never showed up or gave me courtesy calls. I also asked to speak with a manager multiple times to which they do not follow through. I wish I could leave negative stars for the deceitful nature of this company.They have a subscription service where they charge you $10/month and come out to service your HVAC twice a year. When I called them to come service the ***** they charged me $99. Then the technician claimed to see mold. ********, he said this, and created frenzy with the resident, but his report made no mention of mold. Have failed to provide service under the advantage program to keep our AC working properly. We've had a total of 41 service calls between July 7th and August 8th 2023 to resolve our failing AC unit that was installed new 3 years ago under the advantage contract. Parts have been replaced multiple times and unit is still not fixed correctly. We are in the midst of the hottest summer in years here in Phoenix area and can't even get the service manager or GM to call us back after 7 weeks of having faulty AC unit. This company's name says it all: they are definitely experts in ****. We have used them for **** major component replacements as well as annual maintenance to keep our two furnaces, AC, and peripheral units tuned up, kept in spec, and cleaned. They are knowledgeable, honest, and more than willing to explain what services they're performing and of any issues that need to be addressed. We've tried others, but they're professionalism and outstanding service record with the **** in our home is second to none.
