I have used this company for a while now. I trust their expertise 100%. They've always stood behind their word and their staff has always been prompt and professional. I'm sure they've had employees that weren't the best and they got rid of them. And sometimes you honestly need a new system and they try to find what works best for all budgets.I had my old unit (20 yrs old) looked at by several other companies who all said it's not worth fixing.Some people just want to pay a little ************ for years to keep their system ... read more

STOP RIGHT HERE AND GO DO BUSINESS WITH ANOTHER COMPANY. My biggest regret of 2023 is doing business with ******** Service Experts. My home is 23 years old with the original **** unit, so I was due for a whole new system. I've used ******** Service Experts for a year or so (mainly for plumbing) so I decided to give them the business to service my whole home. BOY WAS I WRONG. Still no call from a supervisor, Im not going away, you need to answer for almost a year of lies and bad service. Since you wont return calls, blasting on other platforms it is. ******* was super friendly and above courteous, but then the bottom fell out. I've been leaving messages for month's now, at several visits a full review of what has occurred was promised, but has not taken place. I have used *********** for 2.5 years for my annual tune *** etc....They have always been prompt and have done a good job, including showing me how to clean my ERV filters. It wasn't until this last time with our Tech (*****) and sale rep ****** that issues happened. The Tech came for our annual heating tune up, Once they were both finished they came down to explain that my heat exchanger had a crack in it( 8 year old furnace). Showing me pictures etc... They also stated they didn't think it was under warranty, even though *... read more
