This company is the rudest, worst trade source I ever worked with in more than 50 years as a design/build contractor. The project manager was rude beyond belief, to the extent that I told them I didn't want him back on the job after which they admitted he had a history of bad behavior but they "thought they had it handled." They were hired to install heating and air conditioning in a renovation project. Midway through the work, they told me it was an extra charge to connect the boiler to the air handler. We have used service experts since 2014 when they installed a new A/C unit for ** in ***********. Have always had a good experience with the service techs. Had them out on Friday 9/15/23 to check out the upstairs unit that was not cooling. This time they sent a "residential sales consultant" along with the tech. Before the issue was even fully diagnosed by the tech, ***** the sales guy was trying to sell me on a new unit and a ten year lease. Just had my air conditioner serviced i have the maintenance plan had really good service. The repairman was on time very friendly and polite. he used the hose and replace it before he left very good experience with this company, the service rep contacted me when it was time for my service which i really like. would recommend this company to anyone, in fact i have already done so.

September 8 a maintenance and filter exchange cost $ 716.oo. They replaced a florescent bulb and a 3 year old capacitor. September 13 they came out again and found there was a freon leak in my coil. They wanted to charge me $ 125.oo per lb. of freon for 6 lbs. which is 750.oo. Did the leak cause the capacitor to over work and burn out ? I argued with the tech they got upset. No charge that day. September 19th the coil under warranty was replaced. I wasn't charged for the coil but the 2 hour installation was $1,600.oo. That's... read more

Extremely disappointed with their sales personnel. I bought, I thought an air conditioner, new duct work, Iv lights for mold reduction and a water heater all in the month of July. They suggested I buy the equipment through their advantage plan with no interest. They told me what I was signing and did so. Never did they tell me I was signing a lease plan until I received written contracts. You will NEVER own the equipment and should you sell your house the new residents would continue to pay the plan. My sister signed a contract, and two days later she was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. She died within three months. The company demanded just over $34,000 to "terminate" the contract so I could sell the home. This included over $8000 in "lease fees". Basically, they required that the estate pay for 10 years of service that they would not have to provide. They filed a CCR(?) lein against the property impeding the sale even though I offered to pay for the equipment, nor did I get credit for nearly $5000 in fees I'd paid in go... read more
