Had a window of **** and still no call for an update by 6pm. Called in at 3:40 with an update of 1 person in front of me. Called again at 6pm and was hung up on. Called back and was put on hold for 10 minutes waiting for a supervisor. Even paid for a yearly subscription yesterday. If this is how you treat your subscription customers, I really hate to see how you treat people that need your help in a pinch.
