Overated – This place is just overated. The food isn't the best, and they work off the hype of marketing of the sports teams. It's a great marketing ploy.
It's 50-50 – I have read the reviews here and would say there all pretty accurate. As far as the service goes it is pretty bad but when they do get to you I'd say their pretty nice guys. The menu is very limited this is a bar though and I guess the food is meant for drinking. If you want drinking food this is a great place. This, in my opinion isn't for dining out though.If you go there hungry expect to rack up a fairly large bill! Over all I'd say that this is a place to drink and if you love munchies than you'll be happy.
To Die For – The food is great, check it out! Great Pizza, Mussels in red sauce!!!
agree – The actual anemais :"Chickie & Pete's cafe" not "Chickie & Pete Cafe". The crab fries are the best ever, get them w/ extra cheese - everyone does. Also get the mussels in white sauce - also the best ever. Make sure you get bread w/ everything - their bread makes the meal.
Good times – I recently went to CHickie's and had such a great time. The staff was great. In fact I had one of the managers wait on me and they were extremely nice. I can understand that it gets hectic, so at times the staff gets flustered. But what do you expect when the wait is 2 hours long! the food was excellent. it's a good place to meet good looking people and enjoy good food!
Great finger food – but the service is possibly the worst I've ever seen. The food is good, though and the prices are reasonable. You have to wait for a long time to get a table, but it is a great place.
chicies – Good Bar. Althought the menu is very lacking. It does have good food to nible. Dont expect a full meal. They claim to be a seafood place but dont expect it to rank in your top ten. The bar on the other hand is exceptional.
THE BEST CRAB FRIES I EVER HAD!!! – I love Chickie & Pete's crab fries. They are so awesome that my friends and I go there every saturday night just to have their fries. I always get a craving for them and when that happens I just have to satisfy my craving. Oh..The bartenders are AWESOME TOO!!!!!
Chickie & Petes – This is my favorite place to go on weekends. The restaurant is friendly, the management and staff are friendly, and the food (especially the crab fries) are amazing. The only thing that is wrong with the place is that there is a long wait for a table most nights, but you can always just wait at one of the 3 bars (including an outside bar).
