I took my vehicle in for service due to a check engine light being on. After having it looked at I decided not to have it repaired at McCluskey. When I wanted to pick up my car my service advisor wasn’t available and the 2 cashiers (Tori and Sherri) were very rude and unable to tell me my bill and even hung up on me when I asked for a manager and their names. RecommendedWe purchased a new Tahoe and the purchase went very smooth. Very happy with our salesperson Lou Lander. They also have a great lifetime warranty on the engine, transmission and drive train. A $200 deductible applies but it could be pennies compare to the cost of a major repair. Mike.

Was looking for a specific vehicle for about 6 months. It never worked out at every dealership we went to. Either our credit wasn’t good enough or it sold before we got there. Yesterday we found the car. Drove the hour and half to get there. We were never pressured, Crystal worked her fingers off getting us the deal that worked for a better and new vehicle. I drove all the way to Cincinnati from Cleveland because I was told there was a good-condition, used Chrysler LeBaron available to buy. When I arrived there was no such car. They tried to hook me and sell me a ‘94 Chevy Berretta. I cannot express how offended I was. What do I look like, Dan Connor from the Roseanne show? I’m a man of class, not some tweaker from the school yard wheeling around in a Berretta. If anyone has some tips on a good-condition on a LeBaron convertibile, let me know.
