DO NOT BUY HERE!!! Bought a car a month ago its broken down. Reserved a rental to have while vehicle was being servived. Arrived and wss told there was no car to take. This place is a joke and if you want a good car go somewhere else. The inconvenience is not worth it at all.

I love the experience that we have had working with the employees here at McCluskey. From the purchasing of my truck, to any repairs that have needed done they get me in and get me out very quickly! Shout out to the service manager Jermey for all he does, and working my truck in when I need it!

Waiting almost 1 hour and 45 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. Then to be told it would be at least 20 more minutes. Why schedule for an appointment in the 1st place??? Ridiculous!!!

I’ve tried to be patient. I’ve tried to be professional. My new Tahoe has still not been repaired correctly after McCluskey Cheverlot dealership wrecked it when I brought it in for its first oil change on 8/7/2020 since I purchased it. I just sent it back to them for the third trip back to dealer. The quarter panels now have about a 4cm crack along the seam with heavy adhesive coming from the inside seeping through the crack. The other side where it wasn’t wrecked there is no gap. I just want my car fixed correctly. It’s to ... read more

I was concerned about buying a used vehicle from Ohio - especially without seeing it in person (I live in NJ). However, McCluskey Chevrolet made the process very simple and more importantly they made sure my vehicle was exactly what I expected it to be (no surprises). I wanted to thank Karen Shepard (Manager) and Bill Stouffer for excellent customer service while dealing with my Chevy Traverse. They went above and beyond to make sure things were done right and followed through on everything that was discussed along the way. (headphones, detail, ports, etc). These two were great. They were very personal, professional, and followed through. I highly recommend them in the future.

I was swindled I was told word of mouth I have a 6 year 100000 mile warranty then I take it in for service and they show I signed a paper saying 4 year warranty for a 6 year loan? I’m not stupid I know what I was told. And I get the blunt there is nothing I can do but for 100 I can scan it. Lol what an absolute joke of management when they have the opportunity to make it right all that matters is that my signature is on there. Everyone was so professional and helpful. Antoine was patient and very knowledgeable. He needed to be dealing with me. I changed my mind several times, but he always listened and worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted. Mike, Mark, and Angie were as happy for me as I was, and they made me feel immediately like I was part of a team. I am glad I landed at McClusky and I will recommend them to all my friends and family.
