Great Customer Service and knowledge of all the cars on their lot! They have a great inventory of vehicles to select from.
We were ecstatic with our experience with Brad tonight. Got a great truck at a great price. Brad was knowledgeable, funny and worked his butt off to get us to the price we not only needed but wanted. Thanks for the experience. Would also like to say that the showroom itself it’s beautiful.

Worst service I’ve ever had. Got the run around on when my car would be done. My transmission blew and I live 3 hours away from the shop so I really needed to know updates on my car so I could arrange transportation to go pick it up when it was done. Told me there was one car ahead of me, then called a week later saying there were multiple cars in front of me. This happened more than once. Completely unprofessional and didn’t impress me at all. I wish I would have towed my car somewhere else.

We will address these concerns internally with staff, in an attempt to give our customers the correct information at the on-set of the upcoming repair, versus letting you know later that there is going to be a further delay.
I am not sure if they are liars or just completely incompetent. They lied to get me in the store and the manager Dan Hoffman didn’t want to listen to my complaint and got in my face only to start threatening me to leave the store instead of trying to take my concerns about the unprofessional behavior seriously. I will be following up with GM corporate. If this is the behavior that Chevrolet will allow their dealers to have then I take my$50,000 to Ford.

Please please do not purchase a vehicle from the dealership. they are the worst ever would Lie you so can to purchase the vehicle. They sold me a car that has 39 mileage without even telling me about the mileage and lie so many things about the vehicle. The price of the vehicle that was a list on the website wasn't the same price they list on an auto loan and they lie about everything PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE

DO NOT GO HERE! I purchased a 2016.5 Chevrolet Cruze in 2018 but last year, had to have the vehicle towed in because the car was stalling, service light was on. A mouse nest was found inside and their diagnostic found the harness wire was chewed, but repairable.
