I went to Colerain location Saturday and talked with Linda Pfennig. She was the most pleasant person I have ever dealt with when buying a car ! My dealing with the initial salesperson wasn't bad. The dealership itself is quite nice. The problem was the sales manager, Gregg Hoffman, who talked over me, raised his voice, and refused to negotiate the price of the vehicle. (At one point he came back with an insulting offer - a free oil change. I am pretty sure I laughed out loud.) He finally agreed to knock off $300 (after insisting over and over that he couldn't budge because he would lose money - again laughable) but as I sat and reflected, I knew that I could not buy... read more

Although it may seem strange to a consumer, there are times that we would lose money if we accepted the offer that the consumer wished to pay for a particular vehicle, which is why there are situations where continuing to decrease the price simply will not work - as a for profit company. I have been a McCluskey customer for awhile and I have always been happy with everything about them! TJ was great getting me financed with such a bad credit score but somehow he managed to get me the car I wanted. I highly recommend them for all my automobile needs.
