Where do I even begin, the customer service is amazing. I called and got in touch with Will Resor, told him what I was looking to do. Will treated my Wife, daughter, and I so well, we didn’t fell pressured and felt so comfortable at the dealership, it was actually fun!! Highly recommend coming to McCluskey and working with them. SCAMMERS! I purchased my Jeep from this dealership 5 yrs ago and was required to get my oil changes done here I’d I wanted to keep my lifetime warranty. Twice now they’ve given my an inspection form that says I need $1500 in repairs for items I JUST HAD REPLACED (break pads, rotors, etc.)! They prey on people, hoping we don’t know better. It’s bad enough that the repairs are marked up to 3x what they should be, but telling people they need repairs they don’t need is horrible! Don’t expect them to be apologetic, either. A totally extraordinary experience to have if your going shopping for a vehicle! Very helpful, polite and professional sales people! A clean and very luxurious lot and building! It has pool tables, massage chairs and Starbucks coffee machines! On top of that, they’ll get you financing almost no matter what your credit situation is! You just can’t go wrong with McCluskey Chevrolet!!!
