Most recent service appointment has negatively overshadowed the wonderful experience I had purchasing my second vehicle from here. Was completely disregarded and unheard. Not looking forward to the future relationship while I own this car considering emphasis on customer satisfaction in sales is not the standard in the service department. **update-it is now 3/14 and I have not received one call/email/message as I was told I would receive. Nothing. Didn’t expect to hear anything but should be noted.

So I was contacted by mcclusky Chevrolet through lendingtree because I am searching for a car. I gave my info over the phone and the lady said” congratulations, you are approved to purchase a car for $300-$600 a month.” I said great, made an appointment to visit the dealership. This was the best car buying experience! I had been shopping around at different dealers prior to going to McCluskey and had the most horrible experiences. I walked into McCluskey knowing what car I wanted and they made it happen! There were no push sales. Customer service was top priority! My situation was not ideal but my salesman John and the finance department worked hard to get me the best deal! Thanks again!!!
