The main reason for me to buy was the 5 quality stars (accreditation that they’ve lost now), I thought I won’t have any issue at all and the quality will be outstanding. However, the quality wasn’t there when I bought it. 1. When I moved in, I couldn’t use the toilet or shower/bath for 2 weeks due to blockage. 2. Front door was broken and it couldn’t be locked when the keys were exchanged. 3. I got a snagging report and they identified 126 issues in the property. 4.
