Amazing Gym! Nothing fancy but the classes are an all body workout and are different each week to keep you interested. Such a supportive team and always happy to give advice to keep you progressing towards your goal. I’ve seen huge changes since joining and it’s really motivated me to look after my body long term. Highly recommend!!
The best gym EVER!! only been a member for a couple of months and can already see results! Classes are great, Yvonne and Glenn keep you so motivated, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’d highly recommend this gym to anyone! xx
Been coming to Cheshire fitness for around 3 months now. It’s hard to say you enjoy something that hurts and you feel pushed out of your comfort zone, but I do enjoy going. First time in a while I’ve felt disappointed if I don’t train. The small group feel and targeted classes over shorter times works well. Competitively priced. Great encouraging instructors. With good knowledge. Great bunch of like minded people that go also makes it a pleasure to be there. Highly recommended. 💪🏼
An amazing gym in the Cheshire countryside with first-class, friendly trainers who push us hard but also allow us to have fun along the way.
