Cheshire Electrical have been consistently reliable, helpful, informative, and friendly throughout the years I’ve used them. Any issues with parts have always been resolved quickly and replacements provided without hassle. They recently even lent me a specialist tool that would have cost me hundreds of pounds to buy for just three connections. It’s a shame more people don’t leave reviews when they’re satisfied, because this company truly deserves the positive feedback.

Bought some armoured cable gave me the wrong cable told me it would of been what I would have ordered which it wasn't as I had the receipt with the right cable on. wasn't very helpful told me to check my end and put the phone down on me then to ring them back and the phone it got put down straight away. to then get put onto someone different who didn't know anything about the situation who then told me he doesn't know what to say other than we can sell you some more even though they cut the wrong cable. Wanted a 4’ Fluorescent Tube. No one in Congleton has them except CES. Service was excellent by polite and friendly member of staff. Would recommend.

I asked advice on which 2 gang light switch would be best in my curcumstances, the guy couldn't help as he said he had no knowledge of electrics.
