Keith Parkinson of Cheshire cat construction did our outside composite decking a few years ago and must have used cheap untreated timber as the foundations. It has since rotten and become totally unusable and unsafe. He did not respond to our messages so we have now had to spend thousands of pounds getting the job done properly.
