I rang this evening to ask cherubs if they painted childrens nails as my little girl loves my nails and I thought it would be a nice experience for her (just painted), And I recieved a very cold and blunt response to my question. Her phone manner was awful and I believe this is very disrespectful when speaking with a potential customer. I have notified them of this And I hope they can improve in interacting with clients.
