I first visited Gar with extreme localised pain in my upper back that had been bothering me for months. I went to see gar after suffering a trapped nerve root and buljding disc in my neck 2 treatments and I can now move my neck and in less pain than I was this time 6 weeks ago. Gar takes the time to listen to you and not just treat you very impressed and would definitely go back and also recommend him to others
I went to see Gar for my shoulder, an old gym injury from years ago keeps niggling away and I finally decided to do something about it, I've driven passed his clinic for many years and decided to try Gar out. So glad I did, very welcoming and knowledgeable and after just 4 sessions it's feeling almost completely better. Definitely recommend!
I went to see this place for an issue with what I felt was something trapped under my shoulder blade. I had been in pain whilst twisting every day for a week and my back in general was very tense.
