I’ve stayed regularly at Chequers Lodge over the last two years, every stay has been excellent. The rooms are very modern, well equipped and spotlessly clean. The hotel is very quiet, with safe parking and in a great location. Thanks again to Laura, who was always very helpful and accommodating for bookings at short notice. I would definitely recommend Chequers Lodge and will return in future.
Must say a big Thank You for accommodating our extended stay. You made every day an absolute pleasure. Excellent property. Rooms done to a high standard. With daily cleaning and very pleasant staff. Location ideal for Furness and the Lakes. Quiet area, so great for a restful night, but lots of amenities nearby. Highly recommend.
Chequers lodge was a great place to stay. The location was very quiet with plenty of parking yet a short walk from the pubs and small shops in Dalton. The rooms were beautifully decorated and provided all the space and facilities we needed for our stay. We used a king room and a king room with kitchenette and both were brilliant. Great service for checking and check out and everything spotlessly clean. We would definitely stay again.
Can’t fault this place. It is immaculately clean and comfortable and great location for staying over close to my place of work.
