Very well equipped gym , caters for everyone , 24 hr for fob holders , excellent staff available for personal training or giving good advice on training plans
Been going to this gym regularly for a year now. For serious gym buffs this is the place to go in terms of equipment and personnel with expertise. For me this gym has been invaluable for helping recover from a back injury. All the facilities you would ever need available 24/7. Everyone is made welcome here.
Really good only wish they had some safety rails for bench press, but still good machines and helpful staff
