I had an extremely disappointing experience at the Point Cook Chemist Warehouse regarding a faulty product, the Taav Vapor Pro Steamer, which I purchased on 22nd March 2024 (showed them the receipt). After regular use, the product short-circuited in my 3-year-old’s bedroom, cutting power to half my house. This was a serious safety hazard, yet the staff showed little urgency or concern.
