Carried out work to repair chimney on rear of house. While doing so they broke tiles (as they warned they might). But then we had a leak into our bedroom, they tried to tell us it was the chimney despite the leak being at the apex of the roof and charge us another £1k. We had further professionals come and agree that it was their fault for not replacing the tiles. In summary it appears they caused a leak and rather than fix it tried to charge us for more work. Do not trust.
I had Cheltenham town roofing install a new rubber EDPM on my kitchen last May. The job was completed within 3 hours & told by the roofer that my guarantee would be in the post within 8 weeks. When Lee came for payment I was told the same guarantee with you in about 8 weeks. I'm still waiting 5 months on ,having tried to contact Lee by Email, Landline, Mobile,Text & website.
