Rang twice from 8.30 am and waited 30 min on hold only for it to ring and hang up the second time I pressed for ring back, the receptionist told me she couldn't hear me so I moved into the garden for a better signal, started to speak and she hangs up on me, waited 5 minutes in case it was an accident but she didn't try again! So I instead rang 111 who heard me fine in the garden and told me to see a doctor at the hospital.

Doctors surgeries so often get a bad rap nowadays but this one is exempt. This week I spoke to Dr Darlow about an ongoing issue, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I felt like she was really working with me to get to the best solution. I was left with a couple of choices and by the end of the week I had decided what to do, it meant a request for a last minute prescription for the weekend.
