I can't praise the staff here enough. I'm petrified of blood tests & the staff were so lovely, understanding & patient. From the lady ticking me in to the phlebotomist & the nurse who came in to help calm me down. These people were amazing.

It's a shame that the two phlebotomists are so grumpy; no pleasant chat or smiles. I asked one of them if she enjoyed her job to which she replied "Does a bricklayer enjoy his job?" Mmm. That said, they are good their work (I didn't get the amusing "sharp scratch" warning though!)

I arrived at 11.48 for an 11.50 appointment and found the waiting room locked and in darkness I made enquiries at the maternity clinic next door and was finally begrudgingly let in and abruptly told "next time come at the appropriate time it's 11.55 " I checked my phone it was exactly 11.50. Talk about don't abuse the staff what about the patients.
