Great service to start with, however within a week I had steering noise issues which I contacted chatfields as i had only just purchased the car, was told to go through the Warranty Service who are requesting service details. The vehicle was MOT'd and was supposed to be serviced at purchase however I have had no paperwork and am still chasing the garage for service evidence. It seems like the garage don't want to know so I will struggle on trying to get my issues sorted.
Recently bought a Seat Ateca from Chatfields. I went there based on their reputation and can highly recommend them. Kelly and Michael were extremely helpful and left me alone to inspect the car and take it for a test drive. Thank you both.

Highly recommend this family business. Purchased a vauxhall mokka which I collected today and I am really happy with it. Dealt mostly with Kelly who is so friendly and helpful, as are the rest of the family. Nothing is too much trouble and the whole process was easy and stress free. Great garage. We had a Renault Kadjar and are very happy with it. We were allowed to have a good look around the car and took it for a test drive. I found Michael very helpful and there was no hard sell, which I like. Once we had purchased the car, Kelly sorted everything out with the logbook and tax, so we didn't need to do anything. This is a gem of a garage and I would recommend it to anyone. Many thanks for making it a pleasant purchase.
