Mary spent 6 months helping us on a very difficult house hunt and worked with us as 2 out of 3 offers did not go through. When the third deal went through she was there every step of the way and even hired our inspector for us.She went as far as to hold our baby during closing so we could sign the papers. she truly went above and beyond every step of the way and we could not have done our house hunt in Athens without her.
Best property managers I've ever worked with. Very professional on all levels from the Owners of the company to the folks answering the phone. They say what they do and they do what they say. As part of my business, I house executive throughout the country year round. This is the best company I've ever worked with.
CJ&L manages all of my rental properties and has assisted me in buying and selling multiple properties. They are highly skilled, conscientious, innovative, and responsive. I've worked with many realtors in many different markets, and these folks are far and away the best. I highly recommend them.
Always very professional. CJ&L has always kept their word and they do a fantastic job. CJ&L does what they say they are going to do. They are very straight forward. Everything is on the table. It is in the lease, read it!

They're straight fire. The receptionist sounds like Adele and has a pug who greets you at the door every time I go in for a service request. They waived our pet fee for next year when we signed with them because they know bitches love puppies. Most of their houses come with fences so you won't be worried about that in the middle of the night! Totes magotes would recommend signing on with them. It's a real slam dunk
So far the only complaint I have is that they are hard to get in touch with via email. However, when I called on a Sunday to leave a message one of them was actually working! The woman we are talking with is pretty knowledgeable about the property and neighborhood and was very nice.
Employees disrespectful people that threaten to damage others property. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!
