We lived in one of their properties for 3 years. We needed maintenance help a handful of times and each time the issues were taken care of in a timely manner. The property was cleaned by a service the day we moved in and had been well maintained by the owner. We always paid our rent on time, kept the property in good shape, and had it spotless at move out, so therefore will be getting a security deposit back without any problems.
