I would never recommend anyone to sign a lease with this management company. They are unprofessional and rude. Work orders are never completed in a timely manner. To get a work order completed you must constantly call the office. The manager is never on time or prepared for meetings. They do not maintain their properties like they should. I regret signing a lease with them.
My overall experience with Chastain,Jenkins & Leathers has been an overall excellent experience. Not only did Mary help me sell my house, she also helped me decided on a few renovations that helped me increase my asking price! Chastain,Jenkins & Leathers definitely will have my business when we make our next move!
