Very impersonating service. Had issues with there customer service. After saying was not happy with the customer service. Insetead of asking how they can help.Ended up them telling me how good there customer service was. With a bad attitude.Not professional at all.
We hired a VW Camper Van for our Wedding. It was perfect. It was decorated as we wanted. The driver was lovely and professional. He made us feel really comfortable. And made it more special. We had a small bottle of Fizz too which was lovely.. Thank you for making our day amazing.. Highly recommend
Hiring 'Doris' the campervan for our wedding transport was perfect for our special day! The communication with Vinny was easy and straight forward from booking to the big day. She made sure me and my dad were excited on our way to the church and then provided myself and my new husband with some fizz and bubbly energy on the way from church to the reception! Absolutely 5 star Have used this company for a couple of special events and have attended events where these have been used Absolutely first class service amazing vans always mint and look the part and the staff I’ve dealt with have always been so lovely and knowledgeable and take a real care and pride in a lovely fleet.
Vinny at Chase the sun takes the time to make sure that any special occasion is a fabulous experience! We’ve hired a hot tub from her which totally made my son’s birthday in lockdown a treat for the whole family and she’s also taken the kids to their prom night in style and been the envy of all their friends!! Her attention to detail in delivering a great service is first class!
