Rather than put in my lab work order, they went to lunch and I had to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes before the lab work could be done. Then I asked for prescriptions for gloves, shower chair, potty chair, etc. Instead I only got 1 for the incontinence needs and they ordered the others. They've already been ordered and ready for delivery. I just need the prescriptions. Why can't people at this place do their job!!!!!???????? I'm a medical cannabis user. I have panic attacks without it. They're threatening to stop my hormone treatment because I use cannabis. They push chemical prescriptions I'm not willing to take. So much for being pro health!! I'm looking for another place to go.
It's fast service.All departments treat you with courtesy and respect. I've been with them since 2012 I wouldn't trade for nothing.
