This practice is absolutely the worst I have experienced in the 12 years that I have required specialized care. The staff are not knowledgeable of your needs and have confused medical information with other patients, missed or lost paperwork required for specific care and in fact have jeopardized my own health via their own ineptness. I would strongly encourage patients to seek alternative care.
This is my first appointment ever at any location of this clinic and I have been waiting over an hour to be called back and it isn't even busy! My appointment was at 2:45 and it is now 3:50 and I have yet to be called back. Meanwhile people who showed up just a few minutes ago have been getting called back. Typical Baltimore "health care" experience. Oh, and the number of how many sex partners I have had is none of your business!
Dr maslem is a great doctor. My uncle was very ill. She returned my call every time. Her assistant was excellent acting as a medium between me and the doctors. Once he passed she came to the viewing.
Best staff, everyone is so willing to help! They really care about how their patients feel and do everything they can to make them comfortable!
