I am very disappointed with Case Management and their ability to follow through with client requests. I have asked multiple times to be notified about my account and have not heard back. I was at Chase Brexton Dec 18th, I was told that Case Management has to call my Insurance Provider to authorize my medication. I was given a 5 day supply in the mean time. Have called 3 times to get a RX renewed, its been almost a week and they have told me that they dont know when it will be refilled. And they simply don't care that I am without my medication.
I been attending Chase Braxton for almost 4 years. They keep switching my doctors. My old doctor left there in July, lt is now September. I cant make an appointment to see the new doctor til December, that's almost half a year without being able to see a doctor DUE TO NO FAULT OF MY OWN. If l pass away because of my sickness I WANTED TO HAVE THIS POSTED SO SOMEONE WILL KNOW WHAT HAPPENED TO ME. This is very unprofessional, disrespectful and MY LIFE MATTERS!!!!!!
I am a regular patient at this clinic and I have went through 3 docs cause they leave without notice today I walk in to the walk in clinic and get turned awsy by a very unprofessional young lady who never looked up from her computer screen to acknowledge me so I am standing here waiting for an explanation as to why then she finally says that the clinic will open up at 12noon this is not a professional place they changed how they do the pharmacy and your medicines are never ready or you have to wait 2hrs before they are ready... read more
The staff is nice..very clean neat atmosphere i would like to connect with my doctors for long-term care
I would like to tell you that I have been coming to Chase Brexton in Columbia since 2011 in both the medical and the behavior health and have liked my doctors and almost all of the staff. I would like to say that right now I am not happy with the behavioral health. I find Dr. Shell ( I use that loosely) very rude and not the type of person to work with people with mental problems but up until a week and a half ago I was very happy with them. I was turned away twice from their walk in clinics, even after calling, because no one said that certain clinics are for Chase Brexton patients only and some are for non-patients. They said to come back at 8am on Monday and come 30 minutes early... when I arrived at 07:30, they wouldn't let me park and the building was closed. Had to resort to sneaking in. Then at 8am, the clinic opened and they said that I would be the 9am appointment. After watching 2 other patients go ahead of me, I asked the desk and they said that I was... read more
How come every dam time I come here to get my medication its always a dam problem, it never fails. One day im getting them free, next day im paying over a hundred and now over 400...kiss my ass....left a message with the administrator over a month ago and still no return call. The hell with all this..I will never recommend this place
