A well run organization really works for senior LGBT people
This “clinic” has the rudest, most unprofessional people with whom I’ve ever come into contact in a healthcare-setting.
I love the dental team Dr. O'CONNOR is awesome and so gentle.
BEWARE. These frauds claim a sliding scale dental program - the problem is that it slides UP not down, When my wife went they wanted $300 in advance for a set of bitewing X rays - over three times the going rate!! When she objected, they said she could claim it is an emergency, and only pat the normal $80!! instead of the sliding scale $300,, I called in a complaint, but, of course, no one returned my call.
I am very disappointed with Case Management and their ability to follow through with client requests. I have asked multiple times to be notified about my account and have not heard back. I was at Chase Brexton Dec 18th, I was told that Case Management has to call my Insurance Provider to authorize my medication. I was given a 5 day supply in the mean time. I called today to see the status of where my case is. I was told Case Management never called my Insurance Provider to start the authorization process. I haven't been a cl... read more
