Great doctors, but repeatedly have issues with scheduled appointments not working out. They bring you back to get vitals at the scheduled time, but then you sit in a examination room for over an hour before the doctor comes in. This happens more often than not. I have been going to the Columbia location for over 5 years with my 2 children and my very ill mother.Ms. Monique kept that office together. She is no longer there, you can’t get an appointment, paperwork is lost, there are now long lines. They need help, no one seems to know what they are doing and no one cares. I will be switching my entire family.
How about a little professionalism here?
You can't make an appointment for months and then the moment it's coming up, it's cancelled out of nowhere. The backup appointment I made with a new practitioner attempted to cancel on me at the checkin desk. I was treated by the doctor and her assistant like a chore or an inconvenience that they couldn't be bothered with. The doctor didn't even introduce herself, and when I told her I was a new patient she huffed, said this would take forever, and then stormed out of the room. Absolutely horrible bedside manner.
