I have been going to the Columbia location for over 5 years with my 2 children and my very ill mother.Ms. Monique kept that office together. She is no longer there, you can’t get an appointment, paperwork is lost, there are now long lines. They need help, no one seems to know what they are doing and no one cares. I will be switching my entire family.

You can't make an appointment for months and then the moment it's coming up, it's cancelled out of nowhere. The backup appointment I made with a new practitioner attempted to cancel on me at the checkin desk. I was treated by the doctor and her assistant like a chore or an inconvenience that they couldn't be bothered with. The doctor didn't even introduce herself, and when I told her I was a new patient she huffed, said this would take forever, and then stormed out of the room. Absolutely horrible bedside manner. I was hopeful that this place could help my friend who has been suffering for close to two weeks now. I set up an 11:00 am financial appointment for him and after an hour he still never got seen or told that there would be a delay. Six people came in after him and got seen. No one acknowledged him and then staff started to go to lunch. Now he is back at square one to try to find a new place. It's very depressing and stressful while you are trying to help someone who is in constant pain. #disappointed
