On Hold 3 times for over 30 minutes trying to get an appointment to see Dr. Conner. Only to be told that the next appointment I could get is in January of 2021. Wasnt impressed with their service the first time I came in. This pretty much sinks it. Im looking elsewhere. On top of it their phone system is unbelievably bad. Cant get through to a human no matter what and the audio quality drops in and out so its hard to understand. EXTREMELY POOR. By the way. You notice they dont even bother to reply to poor reviews anymore.

Your very first experience suppose to be a great experience but to be told if your child is not being seen she has to wait in car my child is 4 year old and she was not going to wait in car and my car was not going to be double park at door with child in it. Life is crazy but to experience things in this day in time is insane.. People need to be mindful what they say out there mouth to people
Most management in the past 4 years have been drinking the corporate kool-aid, treating employees with disrespect...hence, the reason for a Union.
Veronica was rude and unhelpful as f*** on the phone. Misgendered my partner by assuming I’m in a lesbian relationship. Jerked me around on the phone after I specified I had a dental emergency (got hit in the face) and if I couldn’t be seen today I didn’t want to bother because I have an appointment with my own dentist in PA next week. Even went as far as to say “oh my Jesus” while on the phone with my exasperatedly when I explained I’m unemployed due to the virus and couldn’t prove income. haven't seen my doctor since last year, constantly trying to see a doctor only to get it canceled and wait about a month just to get an appointment. staff has been very rude to me and also half the time.they don't answer the phone. Staff has very little courtesy when answering the phone
kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable staff. Everyone we came in contact with was wonderful.
