Had the misfortune of using nick at Charterhouse wow what horrendous service nick obviously hates bieng asked what to do he is rude obnoxious and patronising they ignore your emails and calls and do things in their own slow way please go elsewhere it was the most traumatic time dealing with Charterhouse on mutley plain
