I've been to Charlottes a few times, always quality food, and friendly staff. Excellent salads and soups. During my second visit our order took awhile and the owner realized the cook had just gone home(it was later after lunch hour) so he made sure our order came out immediately after it was realized. Great iced coffee too!

My mom, sister,and I had breakfast and coffee here on Sunday. It was fantastic! The acai bowl was absolutely delicious, best granola we've had! Even got some to go �Great place, great coffee and food, great vibe! Can't wait to go back when in the area!
My favorite Dubuque meeting place for a coffee date with friends or a casual business chat! Great atmosphere, friendly service, yumminess in anything I've ever ordered.
Cool location, awesome staff! The baked goods are amazing in the furnishing is really unique. Definitely a nice addition to the millwork district!
A friend and I went to lunch at charlottes last week and it was my first time - I got the California salad, it was soooo yummy! Great staff, comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely return.
