I had read sooooo much about electrolysis on line, watched YouTube videos, researched it thoroughly, so was a little nervous when I attended my first treatment with Charlotte, however in an instant my nerves evaporated, she made me feel at ease, comfortable and welcome. Very well presented Lady with years of experience to offer different beauty treatments: face treatments, body treatments and nails treatments. It is located very close to the City Center and look very cosy and good organised. Very kind and lovely Lady with a very good understanding and knowledge of her job.

A warm welcome on arrival. The salon is spacious and very well equipped, entered from a beautiful garden area. Charlotte made me feel comfortable and at ease immediately. I am pleased with my treatment and will definitely return to try some of the other treatments available.
