I have been with Smile Charlotte for many years, so has many of may family members. We are always happy with the dental care we receive and are always happy to recommend them to others. We moved out of Charlotte a few years ago, but always make the commute. This team has always taken good care of our dental health!
Over the many, many years we have been going to this office, we always felt secure about the professional standards that were carried out. Also, the attitude of everyone we have been in contact with here has always been very upbeat, and have always felt they were interested in me as a patient and took the time to explain things to me.
I felt very safe during my routine exam due to all the safety procedures. The staff is comforting and knowledgeable.
I was worked in for an emergency. Employees were very friendly and efficient. The Doctor was excellent and explained everything she would be doing. I felt relaxed in the chair. I will continue with this practice and this Dentist.
Dr. Rodney and staff are do a execellent job, everyone is so friendly.

I have been going to Dr. Menaker since he was in practice by himself. I have always come away with a wonderful experience and this was no exception. The practice has grown but I never feel like I am just another nameless patient. Mary, my dental hygienist, always treats me like I am a friend and handles my teeth as such. They are the reason I continue to come back with no fears, no anxieties and know I am in great hands!
