Charlie's Dodge has taken care of myself and my family for about the last 10 years. To keep an open mind I decided to check some other local Dodge dealerships in the area. Let's just say it was a total waste of time which I pretty much knew going in. Needless to say I went back to Charlie's and Todd Schulz got me into a brand new Challenger when other dealership told me this was not possible without breaking the bank. I just wanted to say thank you Todd Schulz and John Restivo for making the "impossible" happen!
Great service. Greated with a smile and fix my Jeep asap.
Had a few communication issues with the salesman that had to be escolated to management. Everything ended up being resolved, however it took more effort than it should have to get done.
They are great with service with friendly faces my husband has bought a few trucks there and now our Challenger
