Recommendedmy experience yesterday was pain free, and full of excitement, I had a car I wanted to see Terry went to service and grabbed it in less than 10 mins, he was prompt and motivated to make me happy when I pulled off the lot, i still got to use my bank for the loan. and treated my parents and I amazing! thank you for making my experience at charlies amazing! I will be back in the future!
Carlos Rodriguez was amazing, love my Jeep Grand Cherokee!
We just picked up our Dodge Journey yesterday & Tim Begin treats you like family, he was great from start to finish & I would definitely say he’s our go to salesman! Thank you Tim & Archie for the time you took with us to make our lease option smooth & easy. Lori Renner
I had a great experience with Thomas Sutton. He made the process of ordering my new JLUS very easy. He contacted me weekly to keep me updated on my build. Great customer service!!
Scott Weiss, was an amazing salesman. I told him what I was looking for in a car for my son’s first vehicle, and my son is now driving it!
Multiple cars broke down after we got them around 2 years. We talked to a lady and she said she would try to helps us out because that wasn’t okay, but she never called back and never picked up the phone when we called.
I can't say enough great things about the service department. They were able to squeeze us in the schedule without an appointment to fix the blower motor and It was done in a few hours. They even washed my vehicle!
