This is our third vehicle purchased from Charlie's! We went in on Saturday, and I knew exactly what I wanted!! Ben Meyers made sure we got the package that we wanted, at a price we were comfortable with!! He went above and beyond for us and I would highly recommend him and this dealership to anyone!!! Thanks for the Wrangler!! My family is in love with it!!
Went for an oil change. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Good job !
Terrific place to do business; continue to provide excellent service and commitment to the community.
much better service!!! got help and my car fixed in 1 day!!! thanks so much
My husband and I went in this afternoon to look at buying me a new vehicle, after driving 3 options we left in a Dodge Journey that I absolutely love! This is the second vehicle in a year we have purchased from Charlie's(my husband drives a charger) and both experiences have been excellent! Once again Larry Majewski took great care of us. He is incredibly friendly and very helpful in finding a vehicle that was right for us. Thank you again Larry! You have made lifelong customers out of The Tipping family!
We had a GREAT experience in purchasing our Chrysler Pacifica Mini-Van! We worked with Thomas, and even though we had done our homework and knew what we wanted, he helped us find the EXACT one we wanted, trim, color and options included! We got our dream van for our family! Thanks to all the staff at Charlie's who helped in our sale!
I absolutely love my new car the customer service I received has been amazing I am so happy I chose to buy my car here, Mark Mcgee has been great and I will definitely be referring people to him , Thanks again Mark for everything Sincerely, Ronni
