like all dealerships, complete rip off for repairs unless you have a warranty, unfortunately key fobs can only be reprogrammed by the dealership at an incredibly low price off $500 for 2 keys, how can you charge somone that for programming two keys, complete rip off

Absolutely the best customer service ever!!!! From Jeff Richards whom I have bought several vehicles from, to Jeff in the service department, professionalism at its best! I had my Journey towed to Charlie’s after a very frustrating 9 days at another Toledo Chrysler Dealership. Jeff in the service department was so courteous and helpful. My Journey was repaired in a very timely manner. I so appreciate how Charlie’s Dodge treats its customers!! Lesson learned: not all Chrysler Dealerships are the same!
