RecommendedI always get great prompt and friendly service. I have been a loyal customer for almost 25 years.
I submitted an online request for information on a car. They contacted me, THREE DAYS LATER. I bought a new car someplace else. And the guy who called me, seemed genuinely shocked I would have bought it someplace else. That's what happens when you never call someone back!! If you are wanting customer service this is not the place for you.
I would like to thank the general manager of Charlie's Dodge for reaching out to me and resolving my issues.
RecommendedMy truck needed service, dropped it off after hours and it was complete by noon the next day. Thank you
Just got strong armed by the service Dept. Will not be going back there any more
RecommendedToday I purchased my 5th vehicle from Jeff Richards at Charlie’s . Always a great experience from a great salesman . Thanks for the fast service and the exceptional deal .
Figure out how to have a true express lane for oil changes; being told 1.5 hours and then actually take 2.5 hours is absurd. I will never be back
RecommendedJohn is super friendly & took care of me & went above & beyond for my purchase today ❣️
