Charlie's always gives great service and goes above and beyond. Bought all our cars here too ! 3 thumbs up.
Brought my car in for service. The first tech was an older gentleman and very nice the second was young and named Justin. Justin needs to be taught that being a woman does not make you an idiot when it comes to cars. I'm not sure why mechanics treat women this way but he embodied every stereotypical attitude of a mechanic towards a woman. Very bad for business. I will find another dealer the next time I need to bring a car in or when I decide to purchase another vehicle.
I went in on Monday to just look for a new car. I was met by a sales man named Raf. He was kind and helpful. I went back to fill out the paperwork. It ended up taking 2 day but he worked with me until I was able to drive off with my new car today! Thank you Raf and the team you guys did an amazing job. I love my new car.

With being transferred a few times since I've owned my car, it has been to 4 different dealerships that couldn't fix my Bluetooth, some of them said there was nothing they could do, it must be my phone. Nick in service listened to me, how my phone works on all other Bluetooth devices without interruption. Steve, looked at it and noticed I had an outdated part number.
