Contrary to my sleep number bed and mattress-the customer service and mattress we purchased from Charles P. Rogers has been outstanding. Haven’t slept this well in 5 years.
Such a great mattress I even gave one as a gift and they LOVE it. Top quality,best sleep,super price and the best customer service. Wish I had found them sooner.

great quality, excellent service, professional delivery and installation
The customer service women was very helpful and I settled on the Estate Nano. It is higher than my previous mattress but thankfully my sheets fit. The delivery window was 4 hrs and they came within 2. So far so good!
I agonized over ordering a bed online! Charles P. Rogers was AWESOME! From beginning to end- the sales associate, the delivery coordinator and the delivery service, ALL of them top notch! Thank you so much! P.S. My Boston bed is gorgeous too. I wish I had 2!!
Delivery came for my St Regis with pulse latex on 12/23/18 and right away you can see the quality. Then the test came at night and I could not be happier it was so comfortable. no tossing and turning and woke up completely refreshed. Thanks Charles P Rogers
Mattress would not fit upstairs into my home and they are charging me a 20% restocking fee. They claim it is my fault because I have low ceiling, however, I currently have a king size mattress on my bed that fit into my home with no problem. They never told me that the mattress was totally inflexible and wouldn't bend at all to go up the stairs. Dealing with this company has been a nightmare from day one.
