Got the estate 5000 I like a firm mattress. Sleeping is a pleasure feeling much better in the morning I wake up refreshed. Delivery took one week. They called day before gave 3 hr window and called 30 mins before delivery. Went to show room RT 17 no pressure no haggling.
Dont buy from this retail company! The customer support team doesn't follow up with existing orders. We ordered two beds on January 6, 2017 and STILL have not heard back from the 3 customer reps we spoke to about setting up a delivery date. We are left with no choice but to call our credit card and dispute the full amount charged for undelivered beds. �
Steven at the 17th Street showroom was excellent in showing a range of about 7 different beds. Terrific customer service. The delivery crew was very professional and on-time. Delighted with the quality of the mattress and iron bed frame!
we bought two mattresses after visiting the NY showroom. i have to say we don't like either. they are the same type (the estate 9000 luxury plush), but of different sizes (queen and twin). they are quite dense and unforgiving, and especially with the twin, that leads to a lot of body ache and restless sleep. i would not recommend.
Ordered a bed 6 weeks ago. No communication when will be delivered etc. Worst communication and shipping I have ever experienced. I have no idea how the bed is because..it still hasnt arrived. I called as no communication from this terrible company and was given a number for Ukay shipping (terrible firm) then when i called told wrong number so i call and finally get someone told bed will come monday.
