"I've had this bed for 8 years and it has been uncomfortable the whole time. I keep adjusting it thinking I can make it better but it's still bad. Right now it has a hump in the middle which doesn't make sense because I adjusted the leg in the middle to make it lower. There's nothing I can do to make this bed better. Customer service is horrific. Returned a bed because of its poor design and its takes over a week to get a credit back on CC. DON'T FALL FOR THE SALES PITCH You can get a better bed for less money if you do your homework.
We purchased the Estate 9000 king mattress a year ago and love it!! Best decision we made on a mattress purchase. Was a little hesitant since we did not get to see the mattress personally but was very please when it arrived and satisfied with delivery and setup.
We are ready to pull trigger on a king mattress and bed. We have been waiting 3 weeks to receive the wood samples. We are on a timelines for a new build. We were told 2 sets have been sent, we called today and talked to Eric (again) asked if they would overnight samples and he said "no, it's not my fault". If this is the response and treatment when you are trying to give them thousands of dollars I have no confidence in them if a problem arises. They demonstrated they neither need or want my business.
Sales people are knowledgeable. Fast delivery. Best sleep ever! Best feel and doesn't allow co sleeper to feel each move. So wonderful!
Purchased Nano 2 and was assured that bed would be firm but softer then my old matress...Theres nothing at all soft about Nano 2, frankly im more comfortable on my hardwood floors! Tried emailing, calling and left several messages for nobody to call me back! Then was told i was out of 90 day period which when i orginally called the first 10 times it was in 1st 30 days! We purchased a Queen Cottage Iron Bed for my daughter's room, which doubles as a guest room. The bed is extremely high quality. It came well packaged (substantial!), not a scratch on it. I don't mind waiting for quality furniture and this was well worth the wait. I ordered directly online, never needed to talk to anyone, a very smooth process. Love it!
A friend told us about these beds and when we tried hers, we were sold. Great selection and salesperson knowledge and easy to purchase. We were told it would be about 4-5 weeks for delivery so will update once we get them!
