Dear Charles Rogers beds: I would like to challenge your #1 claim. I have your Estate 5000 since March 2015. 9 or 10 months in, the mattress was pretty much awful -- became soft and saggy in spots, really terrible for my back. If you are wondering, it has experienced only normal usage. No damage or abuse of any sort. To add to the problem, your customer service department, to which I wrote at the time with my concern about the quality and wear of the mattress, didn't seem to care very much. Love, love, love my new bed!! Quality is outstanding, customer service and delivery were excellent, and most of all the bed is gorgeous!!! Wonderful buying experience and I couldn’t be happier with the bed.
I love my Barcelona platform bed. It's solid mahogany.. No veneers! You will need help with putting this together because it is HEAVY!!!

The mattress sunk in the middle way before its time. I tried to sleep on one side of the mattress, but I would eventually roll into the middle. This is unacceptable for the amount of $$$$ I paid. I am going to turn the mattress but considering my past experience, I don’t have high hopes. I would NOT recommend these mattresses at all.
My new box spring and mattress arrived from New Jersey on Saturday via Miami, set it up. the first night sleep was incredible, slept like never before, woke up with no aches or pains. Yeah for Charles P. Rogers.....the service was excellent, free delivery....... it did take about six weeks to get delivery here in Orlando, but that was ok/
